Mark has had an award winning career in operations and sales for different multinational organisations. He has covered a wide range of facilities management in this time including but not limited to; cleaning, security, reprographics, grounds maintenance and stadium management services. Having worked as a trainer and assessor for some of the UK’s biggest company he admits his biggest and most enjoyable challenge is Parthenon.

Michael WynnUK Brand Manager
Michael, although he is the youngest member of the team, offers a plethora of experience in customer care (NVQ Level 3 Customer Service Management). He often refers to himself as having blue blood and treats every customer’s issue as if it is his own.
Michael has as varied background of sales and operations and excels in both roles. His current role is to understand every brand within our business and ensure that we cater for their every need. Also an award winning sales person Michael is a very valued member of our team!
Val WilsonSenior Operations Manager
Val has over 40 years experience in the cleaning industry and at Parthenon we regard her as the ‘best in the business’. Val has previously managed prestigious accounts such as the Riverside Housing Association and did so for 20 years. Val looks after her people and in return they look after her. One of her main attributes is that she understands what our customers want and works tirelessly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make sure they get it.
Michelle WilsonOffice Manager
Michelle like every great office manager is the driving force behind everything we do. Michelle has over 10 years experience in her role and takes pride in every task she completes. One of her key roles is payroll and accounts, however, she does so much more on a daily basis mainly keeping the rest of us in check. Every business needs a ‘Michelle’ and we are proud to have the original.
Jason WilsonOperations Manager
Jason is an experienced manager who brings with him an abundance of experience in recruitment, logistics and employee development. Being ex forces Jason follows protocol to the letter and ensures that customers and his employees alike are delivered what they are promised. Having being with the company for 2 years he has risen through the ranks quickly from Area Supervisor to Operations Manager.
Frank QuinnOperations Manager
Frank lives and breathes Parthenon. Having successfully mobilised our first ever region in Scotland Frank has developed and grown this area and made it his own. Always following the system Frank was promoted quickly from Area Supervisor, Area Manager and now Operations Manager. Together with his promotion Frank was given a wider area covering Tyne and Wear where he has really applied himself and making his mark once again.
Vivian MaxwellOperations Manager
Max is one of the true success stories of the ‘Promote from within Policy’. Having started as a cleaning operative for Parthenon in 2012 Max was a standout candidate for the mobile cleaner position and eventually moved to Area Supervisor, Area Manager and now Operations Manager. Max understands and follows the Parthenon system which is why he is a consistent performer.
